Due to many years of expertise and repeated recommendations by the Chambers of Tax Consultants of Westphalia-Lippe and Düsseldorf, another special field of our firm is the "Law of Tax Consultants".
Particularly as a "consultant", the majority of one's own time is spent on advising clients on the content of their tax law. The basic framework, the form of cooperation with professional colleagues, the professional law itself and, last but not least, the law on remuneration sometimes fall by the wayside in terms of content.
Here we support you in all questions that arise.
We offer tax advisors assistance in many areas: be it in the establishment or transfer as well as the dissolution of professional associations, be it in the enforcement of fees or - which unfortunately also happens time and again - in the defence against recourse claims. Of course, we also provide support in all matters of professional law, including proceedings relating to professional supervision or professional jurisdiction. We also support prospective counsellors in the area of contesting examinations.
